You can’t kill a million evil rat men without some proper equipment, though, and that’s where the newly revamped weapon trait system comes into play. Below we’ve listed out all the possible traits and properties that can be added to your arsenal.
Important note: these traits are based on the closed beta version of Warhammer: Vermintide 2 from before the game’s official launch date! They may have been tweaked, changed, or entirely removed from the full release version coming later this week. When the full game lands, we will get this article updated with newly updated info. If you see any traits with incorrect names or effects, let us know!
Many thanks are due to the fine folks over at the Vermintide subreddit for their hard work compiling all these traits and properties from across the beta releases!
Trinket (Bomb) Traits
Melee Weapon Traits
Ranged Weapon Traits
Charm (Potion) Traits
Additional Weapon Properties
Besides these possible randomized traits for bombs and melee/ranged weapons, you can also get additional blue or green properties on trinkets and weapons to increase their abilities.
These properties give your Vermintide 2 character a randomized bonus amount within a specific range, such as:
+0. 5-2 base Stamina +10-30% Block & Push Angle - 10-30% Less Block Stamina Cost +(%?) Curse Resistance +10-20 Crit Power +2-10% Crit Chance - 5-20% Ability cool down reduction +(%?) Stamina regeneration rate +10-25% Player health +5-20% Power vs Chaos OR Skaven OR Armored OR Monsters OR Infantry +10-30% Damage reduction from Chaos OR Skaven OR AoE attacks +10-30% Revive speed +(%?) Respawn speed +2-10% Movement speed +2-10% Attack Speed
A trinket offering +17% power vs. chaos and +9% attack speed (thanks to Halvars90 for the screenshot)
Those are all the traits and properties we’ve discovered for weapons and trinkets so far! Have you come across any others? Let us know and we’ll get them added to the list, and be sure to leave a comment with the best equipment combo you’ve picked up so far!
