The UK operator “3” got their hands on Samsung’s brand new Galaxy S4 mini and they decided to upload a quick hands-on video to YouTube. It’s short, and they only compare it to the GS4 and Galaxy Mega 6.3, but hey, it’s something. This is the second hands-on that I know of, yesterday I shared one done by GSM Arena, though they admit their unit wasn’t final hardware.
