When Google announced that they were going to buy Motorola in August 2011, everyone thought it would usher in an age of smartphones running pure Android. Fast forward to May 2012, and the deal finally got approved. So here we are, one year later, where’s our new phones?

Spoiler alert: We don’t know anything, and the rumor mill is going crazy for reasons no one understands.
